001 Technologies / Legal
Privacy policy
How 001 Technologies handles information when you visit the website or choose to contact us.
1. Scope
This policy applies to 001technologies.com and messages sent to 001 Technologies through links or tools on this website. It does not cover a client project governed by a separate agreement or a third-party website with its own privacy policy.
2. Information you choose to provide
The contact form sends your message through a protected server endpoint to 001 Technologies. A submission may contain your name, email address, company or organization, selected service, project details, and any other information you include. The website does not use a third-party form broker or add submissions to a marketing list.
Submitted messages are delivered to our business email account. They are not stored in a separate website database. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
3. Information processed automatically
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security verification, rate limiting, and email delivery for the contact form. Cloudflare and related network systems may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect these services. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request time, referring page, security events, and signals used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
001 Technologies does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, behavioral advertising, or user accounts on this website.
4. How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services
- Prepare proposals and provide services you request
- Maintain appropriate business, tax, and legal records
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with law and protect legal rights
5. When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to providers supporting business email, hosting, security, professional services, or other operations, including Cloudflare as the website security and email delivery provider, but only as reasonably needed for those services. It may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect people, property, or legal rights.
001 Technologies does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages are retained in business email systems only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, client and business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Limited security and delivery logs may be retained by service providers under their own retention practices.
The form uses server-side validation, abuse controls, and encrypted transport. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no website, storage system, or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to or information about personal information, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also have rights to limit certain uses, opt out of a sale or qualifying sharing, appeal a decision, or receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email serge@001technologies.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Legal exceptions may permit or require retention of certain information.
8. California privacy notice
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, the categories of personal information described above include identifiers, professional or commercial information contained in an inquiry, internet or other electronic activity information, and inferences you choose to provide about project needs. Sources are you and the website's hosting and security systems. Uses and disclosures are described in Sections 4 and 5.
During the preceding 12 months, 001 Technologies has not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete qualifying information and may exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and 001 Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
10. International visitors
001 Technologies operates in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Questions, accessibility requests for this policy, and privacy requests can be sent to serge@001technologies.com.
